Spring Oaks Homeowner's Association

Spring Oaks HOA is a voluntary organization, meaning each home does not have to participate. We are more of a social organization who loves our community and advocates for community involvement. We want our families and children to feel safe in our community, come home to a clean neighborhood, enjoy each others' company at the park, at meetings, on the streets or at the little libraries. We promote unity within our community and want to help those in need if we are able to. No approval is needed

Yearly Dues
The Spring Oaks HOA dues for 2025 are $30.00 for January through December. That's ONLY $30.00 for the whole year!

What Do The Dues Help With?
Your dues pay for:

The 3 Entrances Signs
The electric and water bills.
SOHOA Meeting Room Rental;
SOHOA post office box rental
SOHOA Annual Corporation filing fees
Community Event Signage
and many, many more things.
